After the package is sent out, you can click to view it in the "My Waybill" - "Shipped" section of the member center. If you are unable to view logistics information through the system, please contact our customer service for assistance in following up.


You can also track package logistics information through 17TRACK or official logistics route websites.

Reminder: International logistics involves multiple transfers, and there may be a certain lag in updating logistics information, resulting in delayed updates (international small packages are a typical example).
