a. The package submitted by the user, after being compressed and packaged as much as possible in the Onebuy management center, still exceeds the size or weight limit of the logistics route selected by the user for mailing;
b. The package has been determined by a third-party logistics provider to be unsellable;
c. Returned due to domestic and international customs reasons;
d. The package was returned during delivery due to address issues.
