When the status of the order item is' Pending Payment ', you can cancel the payment by yourself.
When the status of the order product is' Processing ', you can submit an after-sales application on your own. If no buyer is assigned, a refund will be issued immediately. If our procurement has been completed but the merchant has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and refund the amount to your Onebuy account balance.
When the status of the order item is' shipped ', the merchant has already shipped it. Please contact customer service to verify for you. If the merchant agrees, we will initiate a purchase confirmation form. After you apply for a refund, we will follow the return and refund process for you. If not possible, we cannot process it for you.
