Order Product Status Description

【Pending Payment】: A purchasing order has been generated but payment has not yet been made. You can directly pay for the goods in this status.


【Paid】: Payment has been submitted, and the third-party payment channel has returned payment success or account balance payment success.


【Processing】: The purchasing personnel of the product are currently purchasing from the merchant or have successfully purchased from the merchant, waiting for the merchant to ship.


【Sent】: At least one item in the order has been shipped and is waiting for it to arrive at the Onebuy management center.


【Stored】: The goods in the order have arrived at the Onebuy management center warehouse.


【Can submit waybill】: Perform warehouse shelving operations on incoming goods, and for goods in this state, you can submit a waybill package operation.


【Refund successful】: The refund for the order goods that were applied for after-sales service after payment has been completed.


【Invalid Order】: The order has been successfully cancelled in the pending payment status.
